Using the site

AlphaCalcs is free for personal and commercial use. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, republish pages wholesale, or present our calculators as your own product.

Accuracy

We test every calculator against worked examples, but results are estimates. You are responsible for checking any figure before you rely on it for a financial, medical, legal or tax decision.

Intellectual property

Page text, design and code are owned by AlphaCalcs. Mathematical formulas are not owned by anyone and you are free to use them.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaCalcs is not liable for loss arising from use of the site, including decisions made on the basis of a calculated result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
